The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation has awarded a three-year grant to the Consortium to support dissertation and research fellowships in the history of science, technology and medicine as well as public outreach providing historical perspectives on contemporary issues.
This is the second grant awarded to the Consortium by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The previous grant facilitated steady growth in fellowships supported by the Consortium. With this renewed support, we look forward to producing new scholarship in the humanities interpreting developments in science, technology and medicine as well as new programs expanding our engagement with non-academic audiences. We are grateful and honored for Mellon's support of our efforts.
