Explore the garden with us as we follow in Alexander von Humboldt’s footsteps to make observations about our surroundings and learn how to identify plants!
Join some of our APS Museum Guides in the Jefferson Garden to learn how naturalist and explorer Alexander von Humboldt (APS 1804) studied and documented the environment. Then, channel your inner explorer to help us identify some plants in our garden by making observations, just like Humboldt did!
This program will run from 11am to 2pm. Stop by at any time to engage with us in this free, family-friendly activity!
This program will take place in-person in the Society’s Jefferson Garden.
This event is free and open to the public.
Feel free to drop by, no registration necessary!
